New Means Test Guideline

Legal Aid NSW has introduced a new Means Test guideline regarding Federal Government Economic Security Strategy Payments.
The guideline provides that, subject to certain conditions, such payments are to be treated as an exceptional circumstance for the purpose of exercising discretion not to apply the means test.
