Non expert witness expenses

Legal Aid NSW has a new standardised form for non-expert witness expenses. This form can be used across all three practice areas. The rates paid to non-expert witnesses have also been updated and standardised. These are now consistent with rates currently paid by the ODPP. Staff should ensure they have a copy of the new rates and the new form available for all non-expert witnesses.
