Employee Assistance Program (EAPS)

Optum is our EAPS provider. You can ring on toll free telephone 1300 361 008. The online facility also provides interactive and user-friendly information and guidance on work and personal issues.

There is also a Manager's Hotline which assists managers and supervisors with an array of management issues. This includes assistance with the management of employees with a mental health issue, performance management issues and provides guidance with regard to conflict and grievance resolution.

The myLivewell EAP App is a great way to ensure employees have quick access to Optum's contact details at any time, whether at work or at home. The App is free to download and available via Apple and Android, for any employee to access.
