Practitioners MUST be appointed to the General Criminal Law Panel to be eligible for inclusion on to their Local Court Duty Roster in 2010. These files are in PDF format. The Serious Criminal Law Panel is only open to solicitors to instruct Counsel. This is not a panel for solicitors to conduct matters as a solicitor advocate. Counsel may be briefed by panel solicitors in appropriate matters subject to Legal Aid NSW policies and approval. Please note that practitioners wishing to undertake work in the jurisdictions covered by the General Criminal Law Panel will need to apply to that panel.
