If you wish to order by fax however, fill in the Fax Order Form Adobe Acrobat PDF file (230 kb) online (using the hand tool) and then print it out and fax it to 9219 5038. You can also print it out and fill it in using a black pen, then fax it. To have a copy faxed to you, either call or email the Publications Unit (details below).
