Feedback and complaints

We welcome your feedback and respond to complaints in an open and professional way. Your comments show us where we can make improvements.

The best first step is to contact the office or section that you were dealing with and explain the details of your complaint. Our staff will talk to you about the reasons for your complaint and will try to resolve your complaint immediately. If you still feel unhappy after talking to our staff you can write us a letter or fill in the online complaint form. More information about making a complaint.
