- Small business status declaration form for payment within 30 days
NSW Treasury has directed that small businesses with a turnover of less than $2 million per annum should be paid within 30 days of receipt of a correctly rendered invoice and that interest will be payable if this doesn't happen. This form allows businesses to register with Legal Aid NSW if they have a turnover of less that $2 million per annum. Complaints and inquiries should be sent to vendor@legalaid.nsw.gov.au.
