1: High quality, targeted services that meet our clients’ needs

a. Deliver a grants tracker
b. Deliver next stage client portal requirements
c. Implement two guided pathways for traffic and fines
d. Deliver online gateway (online intake project) scope and requirements
e. Deliver first stage telephony integration
f. Implement triage and advice framework
g. Trial a generalist lawyer model
h. Establish and deploy business processes for the internal managed referral system
i. Implement resource allocation model for Crime
j. Learn about what works for vulnerable clients from evaluations of specialist services
k. Implement recommendations of the specialist services evaluations and reviews
l. Commence implementation of the Elder Abuse Service trial
m. Amend eligibility policies for older people experiencing or at risk of elder abuse to access grants of Legal Aid NSW
n. Implement approved changes to the Contributions policy
o. Implement the Aboriginal client service strategy
p. Develop a plan for office locations in regional areas
