Legal Aid NSW will begin transitioning to a new grants management system from 1 June 2026, starting with Civil Law grants. Other law types will transition later. During the changeover, two systems will be available depending on the type of matter you are working with. Select the options below to find out more about these two systems.
Grants Online

LA Apply
Use LA Apply to apply for Civil Law grants (excluding duty work) from 1 June 2026.
