Summary Crime Part 2

This training module is the second part of a two-part series on Summary Crime. It provides participants with fundamental skills for practice in the summary jurisdiction of the Local Court. This training module contains information about section 4 applications in annul convictions, Apprehended Domestic Violence Orders, support and treatment referrals, District Court Appeals, Supreme Court bails, traffic offences and police powers. Participants will be equipped with knowledge on where to find and apply Legal Aid NSW eligibility policies and guidelines in Criminal Law matters.
