This has been an extraordinary year for our team at LawAccess NSW, the starting point for legal help in NSW.

Our dedicated information officers answered an incredible 130,052 calls and 13,040 web chats in 2022, and despite unprecedented high demand they managed to keep average caller wait times under five minutes. Our LawAccess NSW staff give up-to-date information and referrals, but as one caller told us, they also offer courage and confidence.
