Legal Aid News for October 2021 is out now.
This month, we invite you to explore our Family Law Blueprint – a roadmap that will help us ensure we are delivering accessible, consistent family law services and prioritising those who need our help most.
We welcome a significant Commonwealth funding boost that will allow us to expand our support for people affected by domestic violence and take our Family Advocacy and Support Service to more places across remote and regional NSW, and we celebrate recent Law Society of NSW honours for our lawyers.
And for community workers, check out this month’s new resources for anyone who works with people who are renting, people who may be Stolen Generations survivors, and members of the Australian veteran community.
