Early Resolution Assistance

Early Resolution Assistance (ERA)

The Legal Aid NSW Board has approved a service type called Early Resolution Assistance (ERA). ERA is legal representation provided to a person participating in an established, independent dispute resolution process and is available to applicants who satisfy the eligibility criteria.

ERA is not a grant of legal aid and has distinct eligibility policies, fee scales and application process.

Note: ERA for Family Law early intervention mediation commences 10 Jan 2022.
