1. Commonwealth parole matters

Extended legal assistance is available to applicants for Commonwealth Parole matters to make:

To be eligible for Extended Legal Assistance a client must satisfy the following eligibility tests:

Note: Applicants in Commonwealth Parole matters are deemed to be vulnerable by virtue of their circumstances.
