| (a) | Basic composite amount (to cover anticipated costs and disbursements from date of appointment to eve of hearing) | $3,300.00 |
| (b) | Fee for instructing Counsel per day | $750.00 |
| (c) | Fee for appearance as Solicitor/Advocate per day | $1,125.00 |
| (d) | Fee for preparation and appearance on interim hearing | $1,650.00 |
| (e) | Where court application is required for appointment of a Single Expert | $300.00 |
| (f) | Other matters - fee calculated with reference to timing of orders, necessary work to be undertaken to cover all attendances, preparation, etc calculated at the rate of $150 per hour | $150.00 |
| (g) | The allowance for instructing or appearance on hearing is calculable with reference to 6 hours per day at $150 per hour. Where proceedings conclude early the daily amount is to be reduced on a pro-rata basis. Where the duration of hearing exceeds the per day figure the costs are to increased at the rate of $140 (the rate applicable to solicitor/advocates is $225 per hour) | $150.00 |
