Care was taken to ensure the colour contrast ratios between text and background is high enough to be easily read by screen readers, using a clear page structure, heading hierarchy and templates, being considerate about users with screen reading devices, and providing descriptions for images and videos.
The Legal Aid NSW website has built the accessibility option to change the font size and spacing. All video/audio media will have the ability to be paused and close captioning and subtitles included for videos.
The content of our website is written in a way that improves readability:
