Two-phase training program

Lawyers applying to the care and protection panel must complete a two-phase training program:

• Phase 1: the Lawyer Education Series
• Phase 2: satisfactory completion of the Care and Protection: Child Representation workshop (outlined below) within the last two years.

Registrations are now open for the Care and Protection: Child Representation workshop, 12 June 2025 at Teachers Federation, Surry Hills.
